Please ensure that you complete the form 12 weeks prior to the date of the event.
Each use of land licence will cost £50.00 for charitable or non-profit events. If you wish to hold a commercial event please contact the arts and events team to discuss your proposal as fees will differ. Unless prior arrangement has been made with Wyre Council, the application fee will be taken upon submission of your application. If other charges are applicable on your application, these will be explained and included with the application fee.
If the applcation is not successful the fee will be refunded to you.
A plan outlining the event site and location of each structure is required in order to process your application.
A copy of your public liability insurance with cover at the required limits must also be provided.
Please ensure you upload these two documents at the end of the form.
In this form you will be asked questions about the event catering, if applicable. You will also need to complete the Temporary road closure application if your event is on a road or street.
