The DHP decision was based on the information provided in your application. You can ask the council to reconsider if you think the decision is unfair. You will need to provide further information or new information that was not previously provided to support your application.
You can also complete a revised income & expenditure form if you want to provide revised figures.
DHPs are not payments of benefit. If the original DHP decision is upheld then there is no right of appeal to be heard by a tribunal, and the decision will be final.
