How long do we keep your information?
We keep personal data as follows:
6 years where a Fixed Penalty Notice is issued and remains unpaid and/or formal legal action is taken
3 years from date of payment where a Fixed Penalty Notice is paid
3 years from date of case closure where an investigation is undertaken but no further action taken
