- To issue warning letters where we believe an environmental offence may have occurred
- To issue Fixed Penalty Notices if an environmental offence has been observed by an Environmental Enforcement Officer
- To record our interactions with you for possible use in court proceedings
We do not use algorithms or electronic systems to make decisions about you. Humans are involved in each stage of the decision-making process. We will update this Privacy Notice if this situation changes.
We will not sell the information that you have provided to us or that we hold relating to you.
