Employment land and commerical leisure study (2012)
The Wyre Employment Land and Commercial Leisure Study was undertaken in 2012 and endorsed by cabinet in January 2013 as part of the evidence base for the emerging local plan and ongoing development management purposes.
Pro-forma’s for each individual employment site that was assessed as part of the 2012 Study can be viewed in appendix 2.
This approach to conducting a review of employment land meets the underlying principles of the national planning policy framework (NPPF).
