Is my personal data being shared?
We partner with a range of organisations to deliver UKSPF projects and to evaluate the success of the programme, a number of whom will need to store (and sometimes access or use) your personal information.
We are required to share information with the UK Government’s Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government This also includes cooperating with Government for national evaluation through their appointed contractors.
We may share information about you in specific circumstances e.g. suspected fraud. We may also have a legal obligation to provide your personal information to other organisations, for example the Court Service or HMRC.
Information about businesses supported by the Small Business Academy is stored in Evolutive CRM which is hosted by Lancashire County Council. When data is shared with third parties, we require them to respect the security of your data and treat it in accordance with the law.
We will not sell your personal information.
