Apply for it
An application for a premises licence or club premises certificate is not currently available online.
Once issued, a premises licence or club premises certificate can be varied on application in a number of ways:
- full variation – for example, extend the hours for alcohol sales or add a new licensable activity
- minor variation – for example, update the plans or remove outdated conditions. For further guidance on the minor variation procedure, please see the guidance notes
- vary the DPS on your premises licence
- transfer the premises licence
- notify a change in name or address of the licence holder
- request from the existing DPS to be removed from the licence
