This is the Implementation of Policy LPR1 Background Paper (November 2021) , it forms part of the evidence base for the Wyre Local Plan Partial Update (2011-2031).
Policy LPR1 set out that the update would be a partial update only, with the objective of updating and meeting in full the Objectively Assessed Need (OAN) for Housing. The specific matters addressed can be found within this evidence document.
