- Delivering a programme of town centre improvements
- Procuring a new delivery model for Marine Hall, Fleetwood
- Exploring options to develop a hub that will support start-up and growth of new and small businesses
- Developing and delivering a programme of support for local people to access education, employment or training
- Progressing Fleetwood Waterfront Masterplan
- Working with partners to improve awareness of environmental sustainability with local businesses

- Increase the number of visitors to the borough each year
- Increase in the number of businesses supported by the council
- Increase in the number of businesses surviving for more than 24 months
- Grant funding secured by the council
