How we will achieve our commitments
- Connecting older and disabled residents via befriending and digital technology
- Maximising access to available financial and social support for older and other vulnerable residents
- Extending the Fleetwood Community Alcohol Partnership to the whole of Wyre to reduce alcohol harm
- Procuring a new contract for our leisure facilities
- Working with partners to deliver the Wyre Moving More Strategy to increase the rate of physical activity in Wyre, including delivering the Playing Pitch and Outdoor Sports Strategy

- Number of properties where adaptations have been completed
- Increase in the number of children engaged in holiday activities
- Number of homeless cases prevented
- Reduction in the number of violence against the person offences committed
- Reduction in levels of anti-social behaviour
- Increase in the number of people visiting our leisure centres
