The three levy charging conditions
The type of information you send to us will depend on whether or not your project meets the levy charging conditions.
Your project is liable for the BSL if your project meets all three of these conditions:
- The works must constitute or form part of a major residential development
- The works must result in the creation of new residential floorspace
- The client is not an excemption person - a non-profit registered provider of social housing or a wholly owned subsidiary company
