What are we doing with your personal data?
Your data, collected via any online form, will be provided to the department in question so they can deliver services and support to you. This may mean that the data is uploaded to our Customer Experience Management (CXM) system and a case is created, or the information may be provided to the department via email for them to action without a case reference. We do not use algorithms or electronic systems to make decisions about you. We will update this Privacy Notice if this situation changes.
We will not sell the information that you have provided to us or that we hold relating to you e.g. in the management of your requests.
