What rights do I have?
Data protection laws give you rights over your personal information. You have the right to:
- object to processing of personal data that is likely to cause, or is causing, damage or distress
- have inaccurate personal data rectified or blocked
- have personal data destroyed (where you have provided us with additional information)
- claim compensation for damages caused by a breach of the Data Protection regulations
