How long do we keep your information?
Usually we will keep your information for six years from the date that the licence expires. However, if we refuse your application for a licence or suspend or revoke an existing licence, by law we must add your details to the National Register for Revocations, Refusals and Suspensions (NR3). The Taxi and Private Hire Vehicles (Safeguarding and Road Safety) Act 2022 requires us to keep your personal information for 11 years from the date of entry onto the register.
