Late TENs
A late TEN can be submitted no earlier than five and no longer that nine working days before the event.
As with a standard TEN, the police and Environmental Health team have three working days to submit an objection.
There is no provision for a hearing for late TENs so if an objection is lodged, licensable activities at the event would be unauthorised and could not lawfully go ahead.
A late TEN that is given less than five days before the event will be returned as void and the activities that it relates to will not be authorised.
