This application form is for people experiencing a genuine financial crisis or emergency. The Council will assess each application by considering income, savings, household circumstances and the nature of the crisis to ensure support is provided to those most in need.
To submit this application, you will be required to provide supporting evidence, where applicable, for yourself and all adult members of your household. This may include
- Documents that demonstrate the crisis you are facing, such as bills, debts or other relevant information
- Payslips covering a minimum of two months
- Audited accounts (if self-employed)
- Business bank statements (if self-employed)
- Proof of receipt of benefits
- Recent bank statements
- Proof of savings (if any)
If you do not have these documents available, you can save your application and return to complete it at a later date.
