Do you have public liability insurance (minimum £5 million)? Required

Unfortunately you application cannot be processed without this.

Do you wish to film with a crew of up to five people with a hand held camera and where there will be no restrictions to public access or special requirements?

You will need to apply for a licence to film on council owned land.
