myWyre email unsubscribe

You can disable email alerts on your myWyre account. This will stop our system emailing you when you have an update on all your cases.

To do this please:

Log into your myWyre account
Click the link "Change your details". This will load your details on the customer portal
Toggle the "Case update alerts" button so it is no longer green

You will be asked to enter you current password to make changes to your account.

Wyre Council Civic Centre

The Civic centre reception is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm for general enquires. The building is open 8:30am to 5pm for pre-arranged meetings or appointments.
