For more information on the location of the fixed CCTV systems, please visit our CCTV page.

The personal information collected by these CCTV systems may be used for the following purposes:

  • For the prevention or detection of crime
  • For the apprehension or prosecution of offenders
  • For the assessment of collection of any tax due or duty or any imposition of a similar nature
  • For immediate action relating to live incidents for example: an immediate pursuit
  • For the purpose of, or in connection with, any legal proceedings (including prospective legal proceedings)
  • Where it is otherwise necessary for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal rights
  • For major incidents which may occur
