Following the closure of Jubilee Gardens car park to allow sea defence works to be undertaken, anyone with a Resident Parking Permit will be allowed to use their permits on North Promenade car park.
This will be for a maximum of two hours per day.
The scheme will remain in place until 31 March 2023. All other terms and conditions on the permit will remain as current.
