Can I opt out if I change my mind?
Yes you can opt out of this free service at any time by logging into your council tax online and updating your communication preferences.
- Log into your myWyre account
- Click on the link for "Council Tax" or "Business Rates" under "Revenues and Benefits Online"
- Accept that the council tax and benefits online application can access your account details
- View "My Account Details" and select "Account Information"
- Then select "Update Information"
How will I know if it is genuine or not?
