This application form is for those on low incomes. The council will consider all income and savings, ensuring the support reaches those who need it the most.
Please note that, to submit this application, you will be required to provide the following information for all adult residents of the property, where applicable:
- Payslips covering a minimum of two months
- Audited accounts and business bank statements (if self-employed)
- Proof of receipt of benefits
- Recent bank statements
- Most recent oil bill
- Quote for the next oil delivery
- Evidence of the current amount of oil in the tank
