Every Saturday morning at 9am, it's free to take part, just register at www.parkrun.org.uk and print out your barcode. Meet on the promenade behind Marine Hall ready to start at 9am.
It's a great way to run with others in a friendly atmosphere and improve your health and fitness. Plus the views along the beach are unbeatable!
