- sunscreen and insect repellent, if required
- Dogs must be on a lead, able to climb stiles and be well behaved around wildlife
- A drink for your dog

A ranger/walk leader will be at the start of an activity whatever the weather. In extreme conditions, the leader of the group will take the decision on the day whether or not to cancel.
