Visitors will be able to attend a guided, local history trail, which follows tracks and field paths in the parish of Bleasdale. Booking essential.

A gentle history walk, enhanced by stories from the newspapers of the local area. Take in views of the remote farming landscape in the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Tea and cakes available at the end of the walk in the Parish Hall for a donation.

Please bring with you;

  • clothing appropriate to the weather conditions
  • stout footwear
  • a drink
  • sunscreen and insect repellent, if required
  • binoculars
