A 'moderate' fiive mile walk with no stiles and gentle slopes.
What to bring with you:
- binoculars
- any medication required
- clothing appropriate to the weather conditions
- stout footwear – flip flop style footwear not allowed
- a drink
- sunscreen and insect repellent, if required

Dogs must be kept under close control at all times and on a lead on request by the leader, and you must clean up after them.

Poor weather
A ranger/walk leader will be at the start of an activity whatever the weather. In extreme conditions, the leader of the group will take a decision on the day whether or not cancel.
