
A guided walk centred around the railway history of the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde. Booking is essential.
The route also gives the opportunity to explain the effect the coming of the railway had on Poulton-le-Fylde, including its livestock Auction Mart and the expansion of the town. There will also be the opportunity to learn about the history of the Civic Centre building, from where the walk starts.

A ranger/walk leader will be at the start of an activity whatever the weather. In extreme conditions, the leader of the group will take the decision on the day whether or not to cancel.
