When the work is complete
Each Dutyholder, Client, Designer and Contractor must provide a compliance declaration to Building Control to confirm that they have fulfilled their duties and confirm that to the best of their knowledge the works comply with the Building Regulations. The relevant form will be issued to you at the start of the project so you have it to hand when the project finishes.
Wyre Building Control cannot issue the Completion Certificate without receiving these declarations.
