Our Civic Centre reception in Poulton-le-Fylde will be open from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday (this excludes Christmas/New year and other public holidays).
We will ensure that customers are seen within 10 minutes. Please note that if you visit the civic centre, you will require an appointment to see an advisor regarding council tax, busines rates or benefits.
