Using the same account and changing the details of the registered user is against the terms of service. Please only register a myWyre account with the details of the person the email address belongs to. If you have a relative or friend that would like to use online services, you can create a new account for them by registering.
If your friend or relative does not have an email address then they will not benefit from an online account. They can complete forms without being logged in, or call us on 01253 891000 instead.
If you need to change the details on your account, visit myaccount.wyre.gov.uk/q/account/settings.
Please check that the email you are entering is correct.
Unfortunately we are unable to give out passwords over the phone or reset them for you.
You can reset your own password by visiting https://myaccount.wyre.gov.uk/q/password and entering your email, this will send a password reset email to the registered email address.
If your myWyre account is registered with a previous address and you have moved then you can change it yourself: Amend your details.
You need to tell the council tax department that you have moved home too.
If the address cannot be found and you selected another, incorrect address, please change the "what is the issue" dropdown above option as appropriate. Please note that registering with incorrect details is against the myWyre terms and conditions.
You can only register for a myWyre account if you live in the area. Sometimes, addresses of properties cannot be found as they are not on our LLPG system yet.
Use the form below to request a myWyre account if the system cannot find your address, and we will email you a link to sign up.
