All prospective volunteers will need to complete this application form, and a medical information form. You will receive an email to confirm we have received your application.
On receipt of your enquiry, you will be invited to attend a volunteer introduction session. These sessions are held at:
- Wyre Estuary Country Park, Stanah
- Visit Garstang Centre, Garstang
- Civic Centre, Poulton-le-Fylde
- Marine Hall, Fleetwood
The medical form will be handed out by the volunteer co-ordinator at your volunteering introduction session.
You will also need to provide two references.
Volunteering roles in CCTV also require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS - formerly CRB) check.
All information received will be stored confidentially in accordance with data protection regulations.
