Have Your Say on Jubilee Gardens Masterplan design proposals
Wyre Council is inviting residents and businesses to have their say on new design proposals to restore and enhance Jubilee Gardens in Cleveleys.
The plans set out a vision to transform the park into an active, nature-rich and multi-generational space, building on feedback from earlier consultation and reflecting the needs of the local community.
About the proposals
Draft designs have been developed ahead of the reinstatement of the Gardens, following their temporary use as a construction compound for the Wyre Beach Management Scheme. With key sea defence works now complete, the site is being prepared to reopen and improve.
The proposals focus on:
- Enhancing and expanding facilities, including play areas and the skatepark
- Improving biodiversity through additional planting and greener spaces
- Strengthening links to the promenade and beachfront
- Improving safety and accessibility
- Introducing new features for all ages

Background
Jubilee Gardens is Cleveleys’ largest park and an important community space. Feedback from more than 230 residents in the previous consultation highlighted priorities such as better facilities, improved green space, stronger seafront connections and increased safety.
As initial reinstatement works begin, this is an important opportunity for the community to help shape how the Gardens will look and function in the future.
Have your say and help shape the future of Jubilee Gardens.
