The Blackpool Road Masterplan is a development framework designed to deliver some 300 dwellings, a new primary school and a car park to serve Poulton-le-Fylde town centre.
Public consultation on a draft masterplan was undertaken between 16 December 2019 and 20 January 2020. A summary of the key points made during the consultation and the main amendments that have been made as a result has been published.
The masterplan, which has been produced by Barton Wilmore on behalf of developer interests and landowners, has now been approved by the council as a framework to guide the development of land in the masterplan area.
