You can disable email alerts on your myWyre account. This will stop our system emailing you when you have an update on all your cases.
To do this please:
- Log into your myWyre account
- Click the link "Change your details". This will load your details on the customer portal
- Toggle the "Case update alerts" button so it is no longer green
You will be asked to enter you current password to make changes to your account.
