Health and safety at work
Health and safety law applies to all businesses. If you are an employer or self-employed you have the responsibility to make sure your employees and other persons, including the general public, who use or enter your workplace are protected from risks to their health, safety and welfare. You must make suitable arrangements to manage health and safety
