How the public can help
StreetLink exists to help end rough sleeping by letting members of the public to connect people with the local services that can support them.
If someone you know is homeless, they can complete a housing options assessment form to advise us of their circumstances. You could help them do this if they have given you permission.
They could call the council if they do not have access to the internet.
