Wyre Nature Session
Wyre Nature Session

Reconnecting with nature can have a positive impact on our wellbeing.

Slowing down and taking notice of the sights, sounds and smells of the seaside together is a well-known method of helping alleviate the causes of poor mental wellbeing, such as low mood or loneliness.

The Bay - A Blueprint for Recovery is the coastal branch of The Wildlife Trusts award winning wellbeing service and provides an opportunity to help the natural world, learn new skills, and connect with like-minded people.

These free coastal nature sessions in Wyre will people get outside in a safe and relaxed environment. Small, friendly groups meet once a week to enjoy a range of activities aimed at supporting wildlife and helping you to feel happier and healthier.
