We can help you to set up a myWyre account if your address in Wyre cannot be found when you try to register.
How to view your council tax online
Once you have signed into your myWyre account, you can link this to your council tax online account:

Log into your myWyre account

Click the link for “council tax” under the header “Council Tax and Benefits Online”

This will take you to an authorisation page. Click “allow” and this will take you to the council tax online page

Then click “Register to use additional council tax services”

Enter the details as requested
The information you will need to register for your council tax online
- You will need to enter your name exactly as it shows on your council tax account. Please avoid using middle names or shortened names unless they are used on your council tax account.
- You will need your council tax reference. This begins with a 7 and will be on the front of your bill. If you do not have a copy of your bill, you can request one. Please note, you will be unable to request a copy bill until April 2024.
- You will need your unique reference which is on your most recent bill or recovery notice. If you do not have this, you can use our online form to request a unique online reference.
