Please note that some sites in Wyre have some pitches licensed for holiday use only and some for residential use. If you are purchasing a caravan or lodge to live in on one of these sites then you should seek written confirmation from the site owners that the pitch your caravan or lodge is to be located on is licensed for residential use.
Please remember that if you do purchase a holiday home to use as your sole or main residence on a site licensed for holiday use only, then you risk the possibility of enforcement action being taken against you by the council.
