Evidence required for all applications
You will need to upload evidence to support your application.
Applications require all evidence providing at the time of application otherwise the request will be declined.
Details of the evidence you need to upload will depend on your personal circumstances but include wage/salary slips and a copy of your latest energy bill.
Bank Statements
- All applications must be supported with bank statements for all adults in the household and all accounts held.
- Bank accounts include savings accounts, reward accounts, “pot” accounts, and any other accounts that remain open, even if they are not actively used. Bank statements must display your name and address and show a complete month of transactions dated within the two months prior to your application.
If you do not provide complete bank statements your application will not be considered.
