Drop in sessions for individuals and carers
Individuals and their carers are invited to come along to have a brew and a chat, share experiences, and access information on local services. We also have guest speakers covering a wide range of subjects. Quiet arts and crafts activities are also available.
Open to anyone over 18 years. Professional and family carers welcome.
