- You will need your business rates account reference. This begins with a 6 and will be on the front of your bill. If you do not have a copy of your bill, you can request one. Please note, you will be unable to request a copy bill until April 2025.
- You will need your unique reference which is on your most recent bill or recovery notice. If you do not have this, you can use our online form to request a unique online reference.
