A referendum relating to the ‘making’ (adoption) of the Barton Neighbourhood Plan will be held on Thursday 9 November 2023 within the designated Barton Neighbourhood Area.
The question to be asked at the referendum is:
“Do you want Preston City Council and Wyre Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Barton to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”
