The most prestigious awards ceremony in Wyre is back for 2023!
Organised by Wyre Council, the Wyre Business Awards highlight businesses in Wyre that have excelled in a variety of categories.
The awards will be held once again at Marine Hall in Fleetwood and this year’s event will take place on Tuesday 7 November.
The Wyre Business Awards celebrate excellence across a diverse and wide range of businesses, revealing the best of the best working across Wyre today, all contributing to the growth of Wyre’s economy.
The awards have grown year on year and are attended by prestigious businesses from across Wyre and the Fylde coast, partner organisations, event sponsors and award judges and 2023 promises to be the most successful yet.
With 15 categories to choose from, the awards offer opportunities for all local businesses to apply.
Councillor Peter le Marinel, Portfolio Holder for Economic Development and Planning Policy, said,
“We recognise that we have a lot of fantastic businesses in Wyre and the Wyre Business Awards event is our way of celebrating the successes of our local businesses that help drive economic growth for Wyre.
This will be the 8th Wyre Business Awards, and it’s always a wonderful event to be involved in. We’ve added some new categories this year and I would encourage any businesses, no matter how big or small, to apply for what we expect will be the biggest and most prestigious year yet.”
