Applying for the licence
Important note: We limit the number of collections that we authorise to prevent an overload of collectors in town centres, so before you complete the application form please contact us to agree a time and place for collections. Officers can then check that the proposed dates are free to enable a collection to take place.
Apply for a street collection permit
Please submit the completed form at least one month before the proposed date(s) specified in your application.
As far as possible, preference is given to applications which are local in nature, and any short notice applications received for the benefit of a national emergency.
