FOI001448 - Adoption of working definitions

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information.
This is related to your council adopting any working definition of Islamophobia or Antisemitism.
Please note - there are several different definitions of both antisemitism and Islamophobia in use around the country - and this FoI request covers all of them.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance. This is especially true if the information requested is somehow considered a breach of privacy issues.
The research behind this request is chiefly interested in the level of adoption of these definitions. So if my request cannot be met in the manner in which I have asked, I would be grateful if I could receive any direction to help refine it.
