As freezing temperatures continue, our severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP) is now in place. If you see a homeless person sleeping rough, please let us know by calling 01253 891000.
Alternatively you can report this online at www.streetlink.org.uk
Our policy will remain in place as long as temperatures are predicted to remain zero degree celsius or below.
