Comedy at Marine Hall that will have you dying with laughter!Published Wednesday, 05 April 2017
The team that brought the hilarious Dirty Dusting to Marine Hall last year is back with a brilliant new musical comedy play – Seriously Dead.
Join stars Crissy Rock, Frazer Hines, Billy Pearce, Leah Bell and Paul Dunn as they return to the venue to tell the tale of a deceased bank robber, a café owner and a lovesick ghost that has had audiences in hysterics from beginning to the very end.
Written by Crissy and Leah, Seriously Dead is an up-lifting show guaranteed to make you realise that life’s party never ends: it simply moves to another location.
The show tells the story of how the lives of Betty, Albert, Billy and the local undertaker Tristan de Winter become inextricably linked on a path leading them all towards the newly digitalised Pearly Gates and a disgruntled guardian angel named Thelma.
Crissy Rock comments, “Last year we visited Marine Hall for the first time. As well as enjoying a proper day out at the seaside with ice-cream, fish and chips and lovely weather, we played to a capacity crowd that evening and had a great reaction from the audience. We are really looking forward to coming back to Fleetwood.
“This brand new show really is a very funny play and deserves a full house, so does this beautiful theatre - not least to see its fabulous roof! We hope the audience will love watching it as much as we love performing it, we have such a laugh working together which really comes across in the show.”
Seriously Dead is at Marine Hall on Saturday 10 June at 7.30pm. Suitable for over 16s only, tickets are £20. To book call 01253 887693 or click here to book online.
