Kepple Lane Park

Kepple Lane Park was historically a local refuse site which closed 50 years ago. The park has been managed by Garstang Town Council since 1974 and is maintained by Wyre Council, Garden Inspiration and the local Lengthsman.  The Kepple Lane Park Trust was officially set up back in 2008. The group first got together in 2007 when the very first meeting was held to discuss the  parks future developments. The ideas were created through intensive consultation and many successful  funding bids have made a significant investment on site.

The park has a variety of new play equipment and sports facilities, seating, a sensory garden, vegetable beds and wildlife areas where you can enjoy a picnic with your family and friends.

Park facilities include:

• Children’s play grounds (fenced and natural)
• Stage/performance area
• Youth shelter
• Sensory Garden
• Grass football pitch
• Car park
