Challenging a PCN

Should you wish to challenge your PCN please complete the follow the advice provided by Lancashire Parking Services

Ten minute grace period

Wyre Council operates a policy which allows a 10 minute grace period (15 minutes for blue badge holders in marked disabled bays) before a penalty charge notice is issued. This prevents charges being made for being just a few minutes late back to the vehicle.

The grace period will apply only to vehicles parked correctly on any of the council's car parks vehicles parked incorrectly (for example, in disabled bays without displaying a blue badge) will continue to receive instant PCNs with no grace period.
